Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial key performance indicators.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and affinity with each interaction.
  • Deliver luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Enhance the client experience by ensuring a memorable initial impression, understanding client needs, showcasing product expertise, and maintaining client relationships post-sale.
  • Efficiently manage follow-up and after-sales services.
  • Contribute to store operations by upholding luxury standards, managing inventory, and maintaining the stockroom.
  • Adhere to company policies and visual standards as per Burberry guidelines.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and nurture meaningful client relationships, working by appointment to provide personalized service and cultivate client loyalty.
  • Expand the client base by capturing new luxury clients and driving client retention through regular contact and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Awareness of competitor products.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a team.

Skills

Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable. Additional language skills are advantageous. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented with a passion for selling. Assertive with excellent presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in retail sales, client engagement, and achieving sales targets in a luxury environment.
