Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering a desire and appreciation for its products.
  • Provide a luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring a memorable initial impression and maintaining relationships post-sale.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to store operations by upholding luxury standards, managing inventory, and maintaining visual standards.
  • Build and maintain meaningful client relationships, promoting loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Capture new clients to expand the store's client book with a focus on commercial objectives.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations.
  • Familiarity with competitor products.

Skills

Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. Additional language skills are advantageous. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented with a passion for selling. Assertive with excellent presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Experience
