Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct private appointments to enhance client engagement and increase sales.
  • Understand client preferences to assist in styling, wardrobe curation, and cross-selling.

  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Deliver a luxury service experience informed by knowledge of Burberry's fashion, products, and heritage.
  • Guide clients through the complete Burberry journey, from initial contact to follow-up.
  • Provide efficient after-sales service to build long-term client loyalty.
  • Support store operations, including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in a client-focused role, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering personalized client experiences.
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, product knowledge, and competitor landscape.
