Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, elevated service across every client touchpoint to create desire and loyalty for the brand.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV) and average unit retail (AUR).
  • Proactively acquire and cultivate new clients through appointment‑based selling and ongoing client follow‑up to drive retention and incremental spend.
  • Provide expert styling and product knowledge, using storytelling to position collections and translate fashion trends into client recommendations.
  • Support daily store operations and maintain luxury standards in both front and back of house, including merchandising, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
  • Use visual techniques to maintain Burberry visual standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive work climate and support team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a retail or luxury environment.
  • Previous clienteling or appointment‑based selling experience.
  • Strong product and styling knowledge with an understanding of competitor offerings.
  • Confident, proactive and results‑driven with impeccable presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual commercial objectives.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work; energetic and self‑motivated.

Experience

Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a history of client acquisition, retention and appointment management. Prior clientelling experience and familiarity with selling to a high‑end clientele are required; leadership or managerial responsibilities are not essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous but not required.
