Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand.
- Provide luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
- Follow the client journey to enhance the in-store experience.
- Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
- Maintain high luxury standards in store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to promote loyalty.
- Capture new clients to grow the client book with a commercial focus.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Experience in clientelling and building client relationships.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Additional language knowledge is desirable.
