Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the communication and adherence to global inventory management principles.
  • Support the Global Open to Buy (OTB), Options, Stock Rebalances, and Delist processes.
  • Own and enhance weekly reporting and development of existing reports.
  • Assist in consolidating the Global OTB by channel and provide tools/templates.
  • Build and maintain Excel templates for analysis.
  • Create ad-hoc analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain Option Planning Templates for Commercial Planning and Merchandising.
  • Administer Linked Lines and manage data.
  • Support global inventory rebalances and create analysis for risk identification.
  • Maintain Global Delist files and highlight product lifecycle risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or Business Objects is advantageous.

Experience

Relevant experience in inventory planning or a similar analytical role is required.
