Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing analytics team to deliver insights supporting strategic decision-making across Product and Supply Chain teams.
  • Translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights to improve product quality, supplier performance, and sustainability outcomes.
  • Own the roadmap for supply chain analytics, focusing on Power BI and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Partner with Product & Supply Chain Leads to establish reporting rhythms against performance objectives and deliver executive-level insights.
  • Shape and execute the Product & Supply Chain analytics strategy, prioritizing initiatives that impact key KPIs.
  • Partner with central Data & IT teams to adopt best practices and champion data quality and governance.
  • Collaborate with data, engineering, and IT teams to influence scalable data models and architectures.
  • Deliver high-impact insights through quarterly reports and explore advanced analytics and AI use cases.
  • Design and improve vendor and supplier scorecards, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior supply chain leaders, ensuring insights translate into meaningful action.
  • Inspire and manage an analytics team, fostering an inclusive culture and addressing underperformance.
  • Elevate data literacy across teams through targeted training and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience in analytics, data science, or BI roles within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.

Skills

Expertise in data analysis and modelling, with required proficiency in SQL and advantageous knowledge of Python/R. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard design. Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and engage non-technical audiences. Leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Proven experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles within supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
