Store Administrator
Bulgari — Store Administrator (maternity cover) in London (Harrods). Temporary on‑site role managing inventory, SAP operations and month‑end reporting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain zero‑loss inventory culture and enforce stock‑control procedures to minimise shrinkage.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely, accurate processing and documentation.
- Control consignment and carnet stock (High Jewellery, PR, wholesale, repairs and staff entrustments).
- Operate SAP for stock movements, reconciliations and month‑end reporting; submit required reports before deadlines.
- Organise and conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Handle petty cash, store float and banking, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Coordinate export, VAT refund and tax‑free transactions in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure transport and insurance procedures are respected and arrange carnet redirections for high jewellery sales.
- Manage boutique supplies and office consumables; redirect important mail and invoices to relevant departments.
- Respond to inter‑store requests and support the sales team with back‑office administration.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proven proficiency in SAP for retail/inventory processes.
- Strong numerical aptitude and high attention to detail.
- Experience in luxury retail, ideally with exposure to high jewellery or watches.
- Understanding of gemology and high‑value product handling.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years' experience in store administration, inventory control or back‑office operations within luxury retail; prior exposure to high‑value product handling is strongly preferred.
Education
High‑school diploma required; degree or professional qualification in Business, Retail Management, Logistics or a related field preferred.
