Bvlgari — Neuchâtel: Perfume Procurement Specialist (fixed‑term) responsible for sourcing and ensuring on‑time delivery of fragrance components.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and ensure on‑time delivery of all fragrance components (bottles, cases, pumps, concentrates, etc.) for the Parfums business unit.
  • Place and follow up purchase orders with suppliers; monitor incoming shipments and manage exceptions to avoid stockouts.
  • Coordinate forecasting, replenishment and demand‑planning activities in daily contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with planning, purchasing, regulatory affairs, development, marketing, quality and finance to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor supplier service rates and lead supplier performance improvement initiatives (reduce obsolescence, define safety stock, inventory landing).
  • Produce regular procurement reporting and contribute to process‑improvement projects and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or degree in supply chain management, procurement or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 1–3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain (experience in fragrance, FMCG or luxury goods strongly preferred).
  • Fluent French; good command of English; Italian is a strong advantage.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and well organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, results oriented and able to synthesise information to propose operational optimisations.

Experience

Entry‑level role with around 2 years' relevant experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within an international or luxury/perfume environment.

Education

Technical diploma or degree in supply chain, procurement or equivalent.
