Bulgari seeks a PCM Coordinator in New York to support High Jewelry VIP clients, events, travel and global logistics.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end operational support for High Jewelry client requests from inquiry through delivery, ensuring product accuracy and flawless client experience.
  • Manage payments, goods-received confirmation, invoicing, urgent payment processing and accurate in-store ringing.
  • Coordinate store transfers, international shipments, logistics timelines and oversee repairs and after-sales follow-up.
  • Book and manage complex domestic and international travel and itineraries for VIP clients, including event RSVPs, bios and dietary requirements.
  • Support logistics and on-site execution for High Jewelry events; perform post-event follow-up and reporting.
  • Develop and tailor client-facing lookbooks and personalized presentations in collaboration with the High End product team.
  • Maintain and organize digital client files, pipelines and KPI/sales trackers; manage gifting inventory and calendars for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
  • Anticipate and escalate potential issues, exercising discretion and emotional intelligence in all client interactions.
  • Liaise across functions — High End, High End Watches, Alta Gamma, CRM, Events, Merchandising, BOH, Logistics, After Sales and Boutiques — to drive timelines and operational resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years supporting executives or client-facing teams within luxury retail, hospitality, fashion or High Jewelry.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients with impeccable discretion and service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proven organizational discipline with strong follow-through, problem-solving and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Available and willing to work evenings and weekends for client events and activations.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive experience supporting executives or client-facing teams in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion or High Jewelry, with demonstrated exposure to VIP/UHNW client service, event logistics and cross-functional coordination.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, hospitality, communications, or a related discipline.
