Part-Time Beauty Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of tester bottles and counters.
• Spray fragrance at the counter every 30 minutes.
• Ensure the counter is tidy and organized at all times.
• Return testers to their designated places promptly.
• Organize and store paper bags and related materials.
• Prepare ribbon and packaging materials as required.
• Assist with inventory tasks.
• Greet customers with a smile and invite them into the store.
• Distribute fragrance samples to customers.
• Guide customers to the counter and introduce them to the beauty advisor.
• Offer water to customers and invite them to be seated.
• Assist beauty advisors with gift wrapping.
• Engage waiting customers with friendly conversation to avoid awkwardness.
• Encourage customers to scan the company QR code and distribute samples upon successful scanning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student.
• Passionate about makeup and beauty products.
• Outgoing personality, honest, and reliable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent service orientation and execution ability.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
