Role & Responsibilities
- Undertake a structured training program within the Bulgari Jewellery Academy under the supervision of Master craftsmen.
- Learn and execute core production processes for jewellery: goldsmithing, stone setting (incastonatura) and polishing/cleaning.
- Perform precision hand-finishing and quality-control tasks to meet maison standards and tolerances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional production teams, maintaining workplace organisation and adherence to safety procedures.
- Work assigned shifts and adapt to production schedules in the Manufacture.
Qualifications
- Completion of a vocational course or equivalent training in goldsmithing, jewellery manufacture, or a related craft is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of principal goldsmithing techniques and jewellery production processes.
- Good manual dexterity with steady hand‑eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- Keen attention to detail, precision and a demonstrable aptitude for sustained concentration.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and availability to work shifts.

Education
