Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and implement the High End (HE) clienteling strategy to enhance turnover through client engagement, retention, and recruitment.
- Leverage client portfolio analysis to establish global clienteling objectives and priorities.
- Oversee the management of the HE client database, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and collaborate with Central CRM, IT, and Data Compliance teams.
- Instill a client-centric mindset within the global team to build long-term relationships with HE clients.
- Coordinate exceptional international and local experiences for HE clients in partnership with global and local stakeholders.
- Define client targeting and drive the client selection process for international events, ensuring elevated client experiences and alignment with sales targets.
- Review top HE client data and event performance to inform future event planning.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in client development, preferably in luxury or jewelry sectors.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to communicate business needs to internal stakeholders using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Experience in people management.
- Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is a plus.

Minimum 10 years of experience in client development, preferably in luxury or jewelry sectors, with a global context. Experience with the Asian market is a plus.
Education
University degree in Business Management or related field.
