Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the e-commerce media budget focusing on recruitment and conversion for all e-commerce channels.
- Diagnose consumer funnel to enhance traffic quality and quantity throughout the consumer journey.
- Strategically plan and negotiate with third parties for resource exchanges.
- Coordinate internal resources including marketing, merchandising, and content teams.
- Optimize daily performance of e-commerce channels.
- Develop and implement consumer targeting strategy across different e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and consolidate consumer profile and performance insights with the CRM team.
- Collaborate with key platforms such as Tmall, JD, and Tencent on target consumer projects.
- Forecast and control the e-commerce media budget within the P&L.
- Prepare the annual budget book and track budget spending regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
Skills
Experience
Over 7 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in the e-commerce field, preferably in the consumer goods industry. Experience in third-party platform performance management is essential. Digital marketing experience and knowledge of ISV tools are advantageous.

Bachelor's degree or higher.
