Deputy Store Manager
Bulgari seeks a Deputy Store Manager in Singapore to lead sales, coach the team and manage boutique operations in a luxury jewellery setting.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve individual and store sales targets and drive KPIs through frontline leadership and active selling.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team daily to deliver the Shopping @ Bvlgari client experience and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Act as the Store Manager during absences, managing store operations, back-office duties and team deployment to ensure continuity of service and control.
- Implement and follow up action plans from mystery shopping and client feedback to improve service standards and recovery outcomes.
- Oversee store presentation, product assortment and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines to preserve brand image.
- Manage inventory control, cash handling, internal controls and compliance with company procedures and loss-prevention policies.
- Supervise after-sales service requests, ensuring appropriate recovery and client satisfaction.
- Organise staff rotas, shifts and holiday schedules and perform any ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' retail experience, with proven supervisory experience in luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion boutiques.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing sales teams through coaching and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, cash handling and internal compliance procedures.
- Excellent client-recovery skills and a client-centric mindset with attention to service excellence.
- Ability to act as store leader in the Store Manager's absence and make operational decisions under pressure.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience, ideally within luxury jewellery, watches or haute-luxe boutiques, including supervisory responsibility and a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail accepted.
