Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Execute monthly marketing activities accurately.
- Ensure the proper execution of counter display, product management, sales reporting, staff presentation, training, and customer maintenance.
- Communicate company requirements and updates to counter staff promptly.
- Collect and report competitor and mall activity information to supervisors regularly.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a department store counter manager, preferably in cosmetics.
- High school diploma or higher.
