Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all sales activities related to jewelry, watches, and accessories.
- Seek and create opportunities to build a loyal clientele.
- Quickly learn new information on jewelry, watches, and accessories.
- Handle customer repair requirements and communicate with the after-sales service department.
- Ensure the store environment is maintained according to corporate standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Good command of English in both written and spoken is preferred.
- At least 3 years' working experience in luxury retail, focusing on jewelry, watches, and leather goods is preferred.
- Familiar with daily retail store operation procedures.
- Customer service oriented.
- Quick learning, diligent, active, responsible, team work spirit, integrity and commitment.
