Client Advisor
Bulgari in Manila seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury sales and after‑sales service in its Watches & Jewellery boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador: welcome clients, listen to needs, provide personalised advice and introduce customers to the Brand.
- Manage the full sales journey—from welcome to packaging—applying prescribed selling techniques to maximise conversion and basket value.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients and proactively engage new prospects to expand the client base.
- Enter and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system; execute targeted 1:1 CRM activities and follow‑ups as directed by the Store Manager.
- Handle front‑office after‑sales activities: accept items for repair, perform initial interviews, enter data into SAP, coordinate estimates, lead‑time updates and returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Apply store procedures and compliance rules (discounts, security, fiscal and legal guidelines) consistently.
- Maintain boutique presentation and front‑of‑house standards in accordance with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Complete assigned online training modules and participate in in‑store training to broaden product, sales and systems knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, preferably within watches & jewellery.
- Fluent in Tagalog and English; proficiency in Chinese (zh), Korean (ko) or Japanese (ja) is an advantage.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong communication, negotiation and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with luxury store operations, CRM processes and after‑sales service workflows.

Experience
At least 3 years' hands‑on experience in luxury retail sales with proven performance in client acquisition, CRM execution and after‑sales handling; experience in watches & jewellery is preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; tertiary qualification in business, retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
