Client Advisor — Jewellery & Watches
Bulgari (New Bond Street) seeks a Client Advisor in London: senior retail role selling jewellery & watches, building a client book and exceeding sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Bulgari, delivering a discreet, gracious and expert client experience in the New Bond Street boutique.
- Acquire, develop and maintain an active client book through targeted prospecting and personalised relationship management.
- Promote product attributes and brand heritage to stimulate and maximise sales of jewellery and watches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Use CRM tools and techniques to record interactions, follow up leads and drive client retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with store management to identify community relationships and local events that increase brand awareness and loyalty.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and ensure front-of-house areas are service-ready at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in jewellery and watch retail within the luxury sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high‑end retail environment.
- Proficiency with CRM techniques and clienteling tools.
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and initiative.

Minimum 5 years of direct experience selling jewellery and watches in luxury retail, with demonstrable success in client acquisition and sales performance.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in luxury retail, gemology or watchmaking are advantageous but not required.
