Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Ho Chi Minh City to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience from welcome to packaging to maximise sales and long‑term client loyalty.
  • Greet and qualify every client or prospect entering the boutique, listen to needs and provide tailored product and brand advice.
  • Manage the full sales process according to store standards and selling techniques to achieve store KPIs and individual targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and proactively engage new customers to broaden the client base.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and execute 1-to-1 CRM actions and follow-ups as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Perform front‑office after‑sales activities: intake of items for repair, initial client interview, SAP data entry, follow-up on estimates, lead-times, returns and invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure front‑of‑house cleanliness and merchandising in line with Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to all sales-related procedures and store policies (discounts, security, fiscal and legal requirements).
  • Complete mandatory online and in-person training modules to maintain product, selling and systems knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of the luxury business and product categories (watches & jewellery).
  • Proven selling skills and ability to deliver proactive, consultative sales.
  • Familiarity with store procedures, Visual Merchandising standards and after‑sales service processes (AFSS).
  • Experience with CRM techniques and store operation applications such as Beanstore and SAP.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English required; proficiency in Chinese (zh), Korean (ko) or Japanese (ja) is a strong advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury watches & jewellery or upscale luxury retail, with demonstrated success in client development and sales performance.

Education

High‑school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is preferred.
