Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform all sales activities related to jewelry, watches, and accessories.
• Seek and create opportunities to build a loyal clientele.
• Quickly learn new information on jewelry, watches, and accessories.
• Handle customer repair requests and communicate with the after-sales service department.
• Maintain the store environment according to corporate standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Good command of English in both written and spoken is preferred.
• At least 3 years' working experience in luxury retail, focusing on jewelry, watches, and leather goods is preferred.
• Familiar with daily retail store operation procedures.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Quick learning, diligent, active, responsible, with a team work spirit, integrity, and commitment.
• Good appearance and gesture, friendly and pleasant personality.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry, watches, and leather goods is preferred.
