Bulgari seeks a Client Advisor in Cancun, Mexico to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences at the La Isla boutique.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve store and service KPIs by proactively contributing to monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Execute the full sales process to brand standards (welcome, advisory, closing and packaging) to deliver a distinctive luxury purchase experience.
  • Convey warm Italian hospitality in every client interaction and provide personalised styling and product advice.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and engaging new clientele.
  • Perform one-to-one CRM activities, including CRM AFSS, following Store Manager guidance to maximise client retention and lifetime value.
  • Communicate with store management about local community engagement and opportunities to host events that elevate brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail or direct experience selling luxury products.
  • Conversational English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proven sales and negotiation capabilities with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 11 kilograms (25 pounds).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to train on store systems and CRM platforms (Beanstore, Sales Force, SAP).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and personal accountability.

Experience

At least three years of progressive experience in a luxury retail environment or in roles involving direct sales of luxury goods, with a demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary studies in fashion, business or luxury retail management preferred but not mandatory.
