Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for jewelry, watches, and accessories in the boutique.
  • Seek and create opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Quickly learn new information about jewelry, watches, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with the after-sales service department to handle customer repair requests.
  • Ensure the store environment meets company standards, including visual display and cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or vocational education or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury brand sales, preferably with experience in jewelry, watches, or leather goods.
  • Strong customer service awareness and good service attitude.
  • Strong learning ability, diligence, proactivity, responsibility, and team spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

3+ years of experience in luxury brand sales, preferably with experience in jewelry, watches, or leather goods.

Education

High school diploma or vocational education or higher.
