Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate team meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Assist in organizing large-scale events and coordinate headquarter visits.
  • Manage administrative tasks for the leadership team, including expense reporting and travel arrangements.
  • Compile and support monthly business reviews and retail excellence reports.
  • Facilitate weekly and monthly public relations reports.
  • Arrange client travel bookings and create event agendas.
  • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.

Skills

Strong organizational and priority management skills. Proficiency in calendar and data management. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and adaptability. Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Experience
