Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate team meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist in organizing large-scale events and coordinate headquarter visits.
- Manage administrative tasks for the leadership team, including expense reporting and travel arrangements.
- Compile and support monthly business reviews and retail excellence reports.
- Facilitate weekly and monthly public relations reports.
- Arrange client travel bookings and create event agendas.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
