Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver daily in‑store sales through client greeting, needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through follow‑up, product education and personalized service.
• Execute product promotion and merchandising initiatives to achieve sales targets.
• Support the store manager with operational tasks, stock management and visual standards.
• Carry out additional duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or beauty sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑centred service attitude.
• Outgoing, resilient personality with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Good professional integrity and a collaborative team spirit.
• Aged 18–30 (per local hiring requirements).
• Proficient in using office computer software for daily reporting and client records.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or the beauty/cosmetics sector is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
