Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive boutique sales to achieve and exceed individual and store targets through consultative selling and strategic client development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and repeat clients; manage client files and schedule private appointments.
  • Deliver authoritative product knowledge across jewellery collections, materials and craftsmanship to personalise the client experience.
  • Execute clienteling activities using CRM and boutique tools to follow up on leads, post-sale service and gifting opportunities.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, presentation and security when handling high-value items.
  • Process sales transactions, returns and repairs in accordance with company policy and cash/security procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management, operations and the atelier to coordinate bespoke requests, repairs and special orders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable track record in luxury retail or high‑value jewellery sales, with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; polished, discreet manner appropriate for an exclusive client base.
  • Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; familiarity with boutique cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information and to perform private client outreach with tact and professionalism.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by a luxury boutique schedule.

Experience
