Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales and inventory management of jewelry and accessories, ensuring alignment with brand ethos and image.
- Manage store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, coordinating stock transfers, modifications, packaging, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Impeccable grooming and articulate communication skills.
- Outgoing personality with a warm, enthusiastic service attitude.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in high-end jewelry or watch sales is preferred. Experience in the airline or hotel service industry is advantageous.
