Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised service to high-net-worth and international clientele, building long-term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clientelling, follow-up, and appointment management.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across jewellery, timepieces and objets d'art to advise clients on provenance, materials and craftsmanship.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including visual merchandising, stock control, inventory reconciliation and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Coordinate with after-sales and bespoke services to ensure flawless delivery, repairs and client satisfaction.
  • Uphold brand presentation standards and boutique housekeeping to reflect Buccellati’s artisanal image.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end jewellery sales (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused manner.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a book of clients.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and cultural sensitivity dealing with international clientele.
  • Flexibility to work boutique hours including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales with demonstrable results in client acquisition and repeat business.

Education

High school diploma required; vocational or tertiary qualification in retail, hospitality, luxury brand management or a related field is an advantage.
