Buccellati Paris is hiring a Retail Sales Advisor (CDI) — permanent boutique role delivering luxury client service in Paris.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and client loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and private appointments.
  • Execute visual merchandising and window presentations to brand standards, ensuring the boutique environment reflects Buccellati’s aesthetic.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and after-sales service accurately using point-of-sale procedures and maintain client records.
  • Support inventory control, stock reconciliation and receipt processing to safeguard merchandise and maintain showroom readiness.
  • Participate in boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments; collaborate with the store team on promotional activities and client communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and the aptitude to engage High Net Worth Individuals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client confidentiality.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends, and flexibility for private appointments.
  • Right to work in France.

Experience

Approximately 2+ years of direct experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with demonstrable success selling to high-net-worth clients and managing private client appointments.

Education

Secondary education diploma; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
