Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial activity for the Aspen boutique, accountable for achieving sales, margin and KPI targets.
- Own day-to-day boutique operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, stock control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Develop and maintain high-value client relationships through proactive clienteling, bespoke service and after-sales care.
- Recruit, mentor and develop boutique team members; deliver training on product knowledge, sales techniques and brand standards.
- Implement visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect Buccellati’s artisanal aesthetic and maximize product sell-through.
- Manage inventory, deliveries and stock reconciliations in coordination with regional retail and logistics teams.
- Plan and execute in-store events and VIP client experiences to drive retention, referrals and local brand awareness.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and luxury retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail management with responsibility for a standalone boutique or flagship store.
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing boutique-level P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, coaching and retaining high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills, comfortable serving an international, high-net-worth clientele.
- Fluent English and the ability to communicate professionally with clients and corporate stakeholders.

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or director-level role running a boutique or flagship store, with proven responsibility for sales performance and team development.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
