Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Dubai boutique and local management, including correspondence, filing and record maintenance.
- Coordinate client appointments, follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate client records to ensure a seamless concierge experience for high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Manage calendar scheduling, internal communications and logistics for deliveries, repairs and atelier requests.
- Process orders, prepare documentation for sales transactions and assist with invoicing and basic financial reconciliation in coordination with regional finance.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal teams (sales, ateliers, after‑sales) to ensure timely fulfilment and compliance with boutique standards.
- Prepare reports, maintain inventory logs and support ad‑hoc projects such as events, previews and VIP visits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post‑secondary qualification (business administration, hospitality or similar) preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience; prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery or high‑service environments strongly preferred.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English; working knowledge of Arabic is advantageous in the Dubai market.
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality and polished client service when interacting with high‑profile customers.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced boutique setting.

1–3 years of administrative or concierge experience, preferably within luxury retail, jewellery, hospitality or a client‑facing environment.
Education
High school diploma required; associate degree or tertiary qualification in business administration, hospitality or a related field preferred.
