Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate yearly sales targets into weekly and daily objectives for the team.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training sessions.
  • Build a loyal clientele through engaging activities and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
  • Monitor staff behavior and KPI achievement, coaching team members with specific development plans.
  • Implement actions based on specific business opportunities such as events and sales targets.
  • Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
  • Manage stock efficiently with a focus on sales.
  • Oversee operational activities such as couriers, alterations, and store maintenance, optimizing costs and resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques
  • In-depth knowledge of high-end fashion and current trends
