Role & Responsibilities
- Translate yearly sales targets into weekly and daily objectives for the team.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training sessions.
- Build a loyal clientele through engaging activities and utilize clienteling tools effectively.
- Monitor staff behavior and KPI achievement, coaching team members with specific development plans.
- Implement actions based on specific business opportunities such as events and sales targets.
- Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Manage stock efficiently with a focus on sales.
- Oversee operational activities such as couriers, alterations, and store maintenance, optimizing costs and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within luxury boutiques
- In-depth knowledge of high-end fashion and current trends
