Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets set by the company by building and maintaining a strong client base.
  • Analyze sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate and long-range goal plans.
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events.
  • Maintain awareness of local and luxury market trends and monitor local competition activity.
  • Build relationships with local and VIP clients.
  • Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically.
  • Adhere to and reinforce the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage store operations effectively while minimizing costs, including headcount and operating costs.
  • Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
  • Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing constructive feedback and setting development objectives.
  • Understand staff training needs and liaise with the HR Department to implement training.
  • Regularly update staff on business performance and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate rotas and overtime, ensuring appropriate cover for absences.

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Open, passionate, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Experience
