Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets by building and maintaining a strong client base.
  • Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop short and long-term goals.
  • Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events.
  • Maintain awareness of local and luxury market trends and monitor competition.
  • Build relationships with local and VIP clients.
  • Ensure store standards and customer care are exemplary.
  • Resolve customer situations diplomatically while adhering to company policies.
  • Reinforce the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Manage store upkeep and maintenance, including necessary repairs and cleaning.
  • Oversee store operating budgets and minimize costs.
  • Lead and motivate staff, setting an exceptional example.
  • Manage recruitment, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
  • Conduct in-store training and coordinate staff inductions.
  • Perform yearly appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify staff training needs and liaise with HR to implement solutions.
  • Update staff on business performance and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate staff rotas and manage absences to ensure appropriate coverage.
