Senior Sales Advisor

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Exceed customer relationship management and retention goals.
• Utilize the Client Book effectively to foster relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Expand the customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
• Gather and report market information, including trends, events, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate effectively with store and company colleagues.
• Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, and promptly report any issues or risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales position.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
