Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Achieve and surpass CRM and customer retention objectives.
  • Contribute to team success by meeting store and individual sales targets.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Expand the customer base by networking and developing new contacts.
  • Monitor market trends, events, and competitor activities to provide insights.
  • Collaborate effectively with store colleagues and the broader company team.
  • Adhere to stock management procedures in line with company standards.
  • Uphold Brioni's standards and promptly address any issues or risks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury sales.
  • Proficient knowledge of men's formalwear and high-end fashion.
  • MTM specialization is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills. Adaptability to work in a multicultural environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within a luxury brand environment.
