Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Exceed customer relationship management and retention targets.
- Utilize the Client Book effectively to enhance relationships with current and potential customers.
- Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
- Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
- Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.
