Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop a network of contacts to expand the customer base.
  • Gather market information on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
  • Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales position.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability to work at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
