Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Achieve and exceed CRM and retention goals.
  • Contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs through teamwork.
  • Utilize the Client Book (LUCE) to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Expand the customer base by creating and cultivating a network of contacts.
  • Gather market information on trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
  • Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing potential issues and risks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales role within a luxury brand.
  • Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of men's formalwear and the high-end fashion sector.
  • MTM specialization is an advantage.

Skills

Excellent listening and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a sales position within a luxury brand.
