Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs as set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Exceed CRM and client retention goals through effective clienteling strategies.
  • Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Expand the potential customer base by cultivating a network of contacts.
  • Gather and report market information, including new trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and across the company.
  • Implement stock procedures in line with company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, promptly addressing any issues or risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales position within the luxury sector.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods.

Experience
