Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships from initial contact to farewell.
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention objectives.
  • Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Expand the potential customer base through networking.
  • Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
  • Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, sharing potential issues and risks promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales position.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
