Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to team goals set by the Store Manager.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships from initial contact to farewell.
- Meet and exceed CRM and retention objectives.
- Utilize the Client Book to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Expand the potential customer base through networking.
- Gather market intelligence on new trends, events, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
- Implement stock procedures in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to Brioni's standards, roles, and procedures, sharing potential issues and risks promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales position.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
