Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving goals set by the Store Manager.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers from initial contact to farewell.
  • Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
  • Utilize the Client Book effectively to nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Create and cultivate a network of contacts to expand the potential customer base.
  • Gather market information, including new trends, events, and competitors’ activities and products.
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the company.
  • Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
  • Adhere to Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing potential issues and risks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales position.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Availability to work at least two Saturdays and two Sundays per month, including during annual inventory and holiday seasons.
