Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with DOS and Outlet stores to ensure efficient purchases and optimal stock levels to maximize sales potential.
  • Develop buying strategies that reflect commercial trends while maintaining a consistent brand image.
  • Build a robust product assortment to maintain a competitive edge and meet market demand.
  • Participate in the retail buying process across all categories and seasons for the European market.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize sales and enhance product performance.
  • Provide ongoing buying feedback to store managers and sales teams.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising team to address product needs, concerns, and opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on product and collection performance based on store sales and local market trends.
  • Monitor sales results and provide data-driven recommendations for DOS and Outlet stores.
  • Review sales performance regularly to support key business decisions.
  • Manage purchases and reorders strategically, aligning fashion trends with customer buying behavior.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Buying or Retail Merchandising department, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.

Skills

Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills with the ability to monitor business performance and interpret data. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, market dynamics, and industry competitors. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with sales monitoring systems. Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in a Buying or Retail Merchandising department, preferably in Men's Ready-to-Wear.
