Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Manager to define and implement Retail Excellence standards in partnership with departments such as Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Bespoke, VIC & CRM, Marketing, and HR.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of retail training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
  • Analyze data and weekly KPIs to identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Support the organization of retail conventions and related events throughout the year.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content for the e-learning platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous Knowledge and interest in the luxury retail environment Strong planning and organizational skills Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with digital tools Outstanding interpersonal and multicultural communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities Ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment Innovation and creativity Proactivity and self-initiative

Experience

Experience in a retail store environment is advantageous.
