Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailoring services for regional trunk shows and coordinate events in alignment with the commercial calendar, collaborating closely with Retail and Wholesale departments.
- Deliver tailoring services for private VIP appointments, coordinating with the Retail Manager.
- Oversee Home Service activities as the primary contact for top VICs.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless order follow-up and delivery for trunk shows and VIP services.
- Support regional stores by offering on-floor tailoring services, conducting in-store training, and mentoring store tailors.
- Advise clients on optimal fit based on body characteristics.
- Lead measurements for 'Made-to-Measure' and 'Ready-to-Wear' garments.
- Facilitate Bespoke training at the start of each season, focusing on stores without a Bespoke Ambassador.
- Work with Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities and client acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience.
- Experience in men's suiting preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company, with a focus on driving business results.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required by seasonal and business needs.
