Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide tailoring services for regional trunk shows and coordinate events in alignment with the commercial calendar, collaborating closely with Retail and Wholesale departments.
  • Deliver tailoring services for private VIP appointments, coordinating with the Retail Manager.
  • Oversee Home Service activities as the primary contact for top VICs.
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless order follow-up and delivery for trunk shows and VIP services.
  • Support regional stores by offering on-floor tailoring services, conducting in-store training, and mentoring store tailors.
  • Advise clients on optimal fit based on body characteristics.
  • Lead measurements for 'Made-to-Measure' and 'Ready-to-Wear' garments.
  • Facilitate Bespoke training at the start of each season, focusing on stores without a Bespoke Ambassador.
  • Work with Regional Directors to identify new business opportunities and client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on tailoring experience.
  • Experience in men's suiting preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion retail company, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required by seasonal and business needs.

Experience
