Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately take client body measurements and communicate them to the atelier and Bespoke ambassador in accordance with Brioni standards.
  • Develop expertise under the guidance of the Master Tailor, mastering Brioni’s tailoring techniques.
  • Utilize tailoring techniques to adjust for different body configurations and postures, advising clients appropriately.
  • Advise clients and sales advisors on necessary alterations for optimal fit of ready-to-wear garments.
  • Take measurements for bespoke collections including suits, shirts, and casualwear.
  • Perform mending activities on ready-to-wear garments.
  • Assist store personnel in meeting customer needs for fitting both bespoke and ready-to-wear collections.
  • Work independently in the absence of the Master Tailor.

Qualifications

  • Education from a pattern-making school.
  • 3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally in luxury menswear.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are desirable.

Skills

Strong understanding of garment construction. Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand stitching. Advanced knowledge of fabrics and hand sewing techniques, including buttonholes. Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, passionate, and self-motivated. Customer-focused attitude. Team player. Flexibility.

Experience

3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally within the luxury menswear sector.

Education

Education from a pattern-making school.
