Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately measure clients' body dimensions and communicate details promptly to the workshop and Bespoke Ambassador, ensuring alignment with Brioni's standards.
  • Utilize tailoring techniques to accommodate various body configurations and postures, effectively communicating these adjustments to clients.
  • Advise clients and sales advisors on necessary alterations to achieve optimal fit for Ready To Wear garments.
  • Take measurements for bespoke collections, including suits, shirts, and casual wear.
  • Perform measurement and repair activities on Ready To Wear garments.
  • Assist store personnel in addressing client needs and requests regarding fit for both Bespoke and Ready To Wear collections.

Qualifications

  • Education from a pattern-making school.
  • 3-5 years of tailoring experience, ideally in luxury menswear.
  • Fluency in English; Italian is desirable.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of garment construction and proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand sewing. Advanced understanding of fabrics and hand-stitching techniques, including buttonholes. Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, passionate, and motivated. Customer-focused attitude. Team player. Flexibility.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in tailoring, preferably within the luxury menswear sector.

Education

Education from a pattern-making school.
