HR Intern
Brioni seeks an HR Intern in Shanghai, China, to support HR functions in a dynamic luxury fashion environment. Part of the Kering group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by creating job requisitions, managing applications, and coordinating with agencies for screening and interviews.
- Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device setup.
- Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
- Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
- Archive employee documents efficiently.
- Provide support and counseling to managers and employees.
- Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues effectively.
- Implement, co-design, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.
