Brioni seeks an HR Intern in Shanghai, China, to support HR functions in a dynamic luxury fashion environment. Part of the Kering group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by creating job requisitions, managing applications, and coordinating with agencies for screening and interviews.
  • Support onboarding programs for new employees, including badge delivery, card orders, and IT device setup.
  • Maintain the Workday system for hirings, terminations, promotions, and organizational updates.
  • Manage invoices by collecting signatures and submitting them to Finance.
  • Archive employee documents efficiently.
  • Provide support and counseling to managers and employees.
  • Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
  • Address employee relations issues effectively.
  • Implement, co-design, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage time attendance for APAC boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.

Fluency in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment. Proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Capability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-development mindset. Sense of ownership.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury sector is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in HR management, organizational management, or similar is preferred.
