Join Brioni in Milan as an HR Intern, supporting the HR Manager and contributing to the luxury fashion brand's dynamic team. Fluent English and Italian required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job requisition creation, application management, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new employees, including badge distribution and IT setup.
  • Maintain the Workday system with updates on hirings, terminations, and organizational changes.
  • Manage invoice processes, including signature collection and finance submission.
  • Archive and manage employee documentation.
  • Provide support in counseling managers and employees.
  • Assist in organizational and cultural change initiatives.
  • Support employee relations and HR policy implementation.
  • Manage time attendance for EMEA boutiques.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or luxury sector is advantageous.
  • Master’s degree in HR management or organizational management is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar position within the retail or luxury sector is considered a plus.

Education
