Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proactive PR strategies that amplify brand storytelling and product launches across relevant media channels.
- Manage daily press relations: draft and distribute press releases, prepare press kits, maintain journalist and editorial contacts.
- Coordinate events and launches, liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-end press activations and media previews.
- Create and supervise content for owned channels and support campaign assets in collaboration with marketing and digital teams.
- Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends; prepare reports and insights to inform communications decisions.
- Support influencer and partnership programmes, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and compliance with luxury standards.
- Manage editorial calendars, ensure consistent brand messaging across PR touchpoints and coordinate with boutiques/retail teams as required.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive copy for press materials and marketing collateral.
- Strong organisational skills with experience planning and executing high‑quality events and press activations.
- Established relationships with lifestyle, luxury and trade media, or demonstrable experience building such networks.
- Discretion, attention to detail and a polished professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury brand environment.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on PR or marketing experience, preferably within the luxury goods, watchmaking or high-end lifestyle sectors; experience working with agencies and delivering press events expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent professional experience.
